DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Staff Recruitment Management
- Prepare and monitor recruitment plans
- Advise supervisors on recruitment processes
- Prepare job advertisements and vacancy notices
- Organize and participate in interviews
- Conduct reference checks
- Develop and implement recruitment policies
- Manage staff contracts and update staff records
- Notify unsuccessful candidates
Attendance and Leave Management
- Monitor daily staff attendance
- Investigate absenteeism and recommend solutions
- Manage scheduled absences (leave, travel, etc.)
- Ensure continuity of services during staff absence
- Report monthly attendance to supervisors
Employee Labor Relations Management
- Provide counseling on performance issues
- Advise on disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures
- Support development of HR policies
- Prepare HR reports (monthly, quarterly, annually)
