Akagera Management Company Ltd (AMC) was established through a strategic partnership between the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) and African Parks Network (APN) to professionally manage Akagera National Park, one of East Africa's most iconic wildlife destinations. This collaboration represents a commitment to world-class park management, conservation excellence, and sustainable tourism development.
The company is now hosting the AP Mobile Camp at Akagera National Park, which will support various African Parks programmes, including Leadership Workshops, the African Parks General Management Meeting, the African Conservation Academy, and other conservation-related trainings. This exciting development is creating 18 temporary short-term contract positions across three key roles:
- 5 Cooks: culinary excellence in the camp environment
- 6 Waiters/Waitresses: outstanding hospitality and guest service
- 7 Housekeepers: pristine accommodation and facility standards

Professional Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in hospitality, housekeeping, food preparation, cleaning services, or customer service
- Technical skills with strong problem-solving abilities

Language & Legal Requirements:
- Competency in English or French (bilingual capability is a definite advantage!)
- Rwandan Nationality (required)

Educational Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hotels, lodges, camps, restaurants, or tourism and hospitality operations is highly valued
