JOB OPPORTUNITIES AT RHA
The Rwanda Housing Authority (RHA) is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for several senior technical and specialist positions within its infrastructure development programs. RHA plays a key role in the planning, development, and supervision of public infrastructure projects across Rwanda. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must meet the following general requirements:
- Hold a relevant Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the required field.
- Possess 2–5 years of relevant professional experience, depending on the qualification level.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Have good interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Be proficient in Kinyarwanda, English, and/or French.
- Be able to pass the recruitment assessment process, which includes:
- Psychometric Test
- Written Examination
- Oral Interview

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful candidates will be responsible for various technical and administrative duties including:
- Designing and supervising infrastructure projects such as schools, hospitals, and complex facilities.
- Preparing technical specifications, studies, and design documents.
- Advising consultants and contractors on best engineering and architectural practices.
- Monitoring project implementation to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
- Participating in project procurement processes, including contract preparation and negotiation.
- Reviewing and validating technical reports and deliverables from consulting firms.
- Supervising construction works when required and ensuring quality project delivery.
- Preparing periodic technical reports and monitoring project progress.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Supporting the commissioning, handover, and operational monitoring of infrastructure projects.
